Reasonable Contingency or Hourly Fees. Call (423) 255-7642 at no charge.
For injury cases, the initial consultation is always free and without any obligation.
- Fees on personal injury or insurance cases usually are contingent upon the outcome of the case, which means the fee is a percentage of the total amount of money recovered for the client. Contingency fees generally range from 20% to a third of the recovery, depending upon the difficulty of the legal and factual issues involved. In the event of no recovery, no fee would be owed.
- Fees in lawsuits against drunk drivers usually are no more than 25% of the recovery.
- Fees on business/commercial cases may be either contingent or hourly. Because I keep my overhead low by doing all the work myself and owning my own office building, my hourly rates generally are much lower than those charged by larger firms.
